So I've recently bought a 2013 Audi A4 2.0T Quattro. The car was mainly driven in the city, on short distances. When I got it, on longer extra-urban trips, the oil consumption averaged 800-1000 ml per 1000 km. Ironically, I had the same (-ish) engine before in a GTI, and never topped the oil. Naturally, I got a bit frustrated.
